One of my greatest pleasures is seeing the next generation of herbalists find their path in the herbal community. Thirty years ago, we rallied to keep herbal medicine in the people’s hands and it is up to the next generation to keep it alive.

Your journey is important. Finding the voice of the herbalist in you and ways to communicate the needs of the plant community is what is needed in this world! I accept this kuleana (responsibility) as an elder herbalist and honor your commitment to your learning.

You can expect that I will be present with you and provide mentorship gathered from thirty years in the herbal community, natural health industry and teaching at one the longest running herb schools in the Pacific Northwest.

My mentorship is best suited for those seeking connection to the plant world beyond the what herb for this or that. I do not teach constituents (much) as that information is easily found online. My approach to herbs and herbal medicine is Earth based, plant based, knowledge and experience based.

This mentorship is about You, your vision and your path. It is not designed as a replacement for medical care or a herbal consultation.

What I expect from you

Be on time for meetings and prepared with questions and assignments done, if appropriate to the mentorship. While it’s perfectly fine to not know your way or role in the wide path of herbalism, we mutually understand that our time together can guide you to find your way on your journey. If a meeting time needs to be rescheduled, communication must be initiated at least 24 hours in advance.

FEE: $75 per 40 minute meeting, on Zoom or Google Meet. 10 sessions may be pre- arranged for a fee of $600.

Your mentorship includes projects, assignments, hand outs or videos when appropriate. You will be required to complete the projects in a timely manner and be prepared for our meetings. No refunds, no cancellations without 24 hour notice.

Meetings are scheduled via my online scheduler or by email/text.

FORMAT: We will meet via zoom (preferred) or Google Meet. You may record the session.
