Lomi Lomi is an ancient Hawaiian healing art, integrating long forearm strokes that soothe from light to deep to realign the body. Muscle specific deep tissue is added along with hand crafted botanicals to resolve pain, stagnation and create a sense of overall well-being.

I support people through botanical offerings, expert bodywork and herbal wellness sessions. I love working with people who are ready to shift their way of being in this world by addressing their pain and stress management. Often there is a underlying reason for their pause in healing- it is my intention to support folks ready to reset their nervous system and address their alignment of both body and spirit.

My approach is guided by years of clinical experience and two decades as mentor, teacher of herbal medicine. These paths are not separate- they intertwine and provide me with the knowledge and wisdom to offer the best care possible.

I have lived experience with pain following a severe neck injury that left me in a neck brace for a year. I have been in that place where I thought I would not be able to function- to do what I love.

I studied with the masters- in clinical Lomi Lomi and in botanical medicine. It is my privilege to help you heal and regain your movement in the world.
