A welcome message from Erin:

I love working with people who are ready to shift their way of being in this world by addressing their pain and stress management. Often there is a underlying reason for their pause in healing- it is my intention to support folks ready to reset their nervous system and address their alignment of both body and spirit.

My approach is guided by years of clinical experience and two decades as mentor, teacher of herbal medicine. These paths are not separate- they intertwine and provide me with the knowledge and wisdom to offer the best care possible.

I have lived experience with pain following a severe neck injury that left me in a neck brace for a year. I have been in that place where I thought I would not be able to function- to do what I love.

I studied with the masters- in clinical Lomi Lomi and in botanical medicine. It is my privilege to help you heal and regain your movement in the world.

What to Expect:
Your herbal bodywork and Lomi Lomi session lasts 60 minutes and includes a 5-10 minute intake/assessment to determine your primary focus for the session. Lomi Lomi can be muscle specific to a certain area of concern or may be a full body restorative massage. Most sessions include warm compresses, stones, herbal oils and liniments.

Erin does NOT follow the motto of no pain - no gain in her sessions. Her belief is that no pain - no pain is more in alignment with what the body needs to heal. Your session may include areas of deeper, muscle specific therapy - typically 5-10 minutes of the session.

If you are looking to receive a deep tissue, “get in there” type of bodywork- you may be disappointed. We recommend you do not schedule with Erin if you want full body, deep tissue work.
