Hands on day class in Burlington with herbalist Erin Vanhee. Make and take class preparing herbal tea, salts, herbal infusions, decoction and syrups. Learn how to make herbal medicines including vinegars and tinctures with fresh and dried plants.

All plant material is included in your tuition. Some materials will be provided. You will take home all remedies made in class!

Here a list of materials that you will be required to supply for your take home botanicals:

2 small 4 ounce jars

1 cup (8 ounces) of apple cider vinegar

1 cup (8 ounces) of 100 proof vodka or 80 proof brandy

Bring along a cutting board and knife to prepare your herbs

And bring a mug for tea.
